A thought for a Friday night. There seems to be a big push for electric vehicles in Australia. This will put a big additional load on the electricity supply. The experts are saying people will commute to work in their electric cars and then charge them up while at work. In my opinion this will create a bigger demand for electricity during the day, and result in soaking up excess solar power that is exported into the grid, which is a good thing and should attract higher feed in tarrifs for solar export. It's such a good idea. Let's get everyone into an EV and then push electrify prices sky high through our falsely regulated market. I can only assume mining lithium is better for the environment than burning coal or oil. 🤣🤣🤣

Recently completed mobile Offgrid 5kw solar system with 14kwh of battery storage for a customer in Streaky Bay for holiday shack. System comprises of a 5kw Inverter, 12 x 440w Jinko Solar panels and 4 x 3.5kwh Pylontech battery modules expandable by adding battery modules. Built and tested at our workshop in Whyalla. REAL, BIG, $AVING$!
Tim & Skai lead a typical busy life with their 2 children in Whyalla, always on their mobile devices, TV's on in every room and happy to keep comfortable using their air-conditioning.
In June last year, we supplied and fitted a 6.6kw solar system for them so they no longer had to worry about their energy bills. Since then they have received 2 bills and to say they are over the moon is an understatement!
Historically for the past two quarters, they usually amass a bill of between $800 and $1000 so for them, bills of $114 & $77 were laughable!
